Supports the Finance department by administering accounting systems and internal controls, preparing budgets, forecasts, financial statements, and reconciliations, and overseeing accounts payable, receivable, cash, inventory, and night audit functions. The role trains personnel on financial systems, monitors compliance with hotel policies and regulations, assists with billing inquiries, supervises accounting staff, and provides timely financial reporting to hotel management and ownership.

Supports resort property management, point-of-sale, computer, server, network, phone, Wi-Fi, VPN, and audiovisual systems across multiple properties. Troubleshoots technical issues, maintains infrastructure documentation, supports antivirus, ESXi, Veeam, and cloud environments, develops SQL reports, manages system configurations and inventory, trains users, coordinates vendors, and provides after-hours IT support as needed.
