Supports daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, cash and credit card reconciliations, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, financial reporting, tax filings, and internal controls. Supervises the Accounts Payable Clerk and General Cashier, maintains property management and point-of-sale systems, resolves disputed charges, and ensures accurate expense allocation and compliance with accounting procedures.

Supports resort property management, point-of-sale, computer, server, network, phone, Wi-Fi, VPN, and audiovisual systems across multiple properties. Troubleshoots technical issues, maintains infrastructure documentation, supports antivirus, ESXi, Veeam, and cloud environments, develops SQL reports, manages system configurations and inventory, trains users, coordinates vendors, and provides after-hours IT support as needed.

Greet guests, assist with luggage and valet parking, deliver luggage and vehicle keys to rooms, retrieve vehicles for departing guests, provide shuttle service, perform pre/post arrival room inspections, maintain front entrance and lobby, and assist guest services and management as needed.
