Support Site Manager and regional teams at wind farms by managing tooling and spare parts logistics, inventory, timesheets, expense reporting, meeting coordination, and electronic records while ensuring compliance with site and safety procedures.

Manage all wind farm operations including maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Lead site technicians, oversee customer relations, site budget and P&L, reporting, service logs, safety compliance, and performance optimization. Develop personnel, coordinate with engineering, and ensure timely financial and operational reporting.

Manage wind farm operations, providing technical direction, maintaining customer relations, overseeing maintenance and repairs of wind turbine systems, and ensuring financial performance.
