Partner with Human Capital and Finance on compensation cycles, performance reviews, and payroll controls. Improve policies, processes, reporting, automation, and employee experience while building cross-functional partnerships.

Build and lead DESRI's internal IT function: define IT strategy and governance, manage infrastructure and enterprise applications (Microsoft 365, HRIS), lead cybersecurity and compliance, oversee vendor and budget management, establish service delivery and Help Desk, and scale a global IT team to support distributed operations and remote employees.

Manage procurement of services and capital equipment for renewable energy projects, negotiating supply agreements, conducting market research, and fulfilling project needs.

Lead renewable energy project development and acquisitions, managing risks, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure projects are on schedule and budget.

Lead permitting matters for renewable energy projects, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and collaborating with internal teams and external consultants.

Support the development team by conducting market research, evaluating new markets, and analyzing competitive dynamics in renewable energy.

Lead technical oversight of battery energy storage system design and integration for utility-scale projects, ensuring compliance with technical standards and project requirements.
