Lead strategic technology programs spanning multiple engineering teams, owning program strategy, roadmap planning, dependencies, risks, governance, delivery predictability, and stakeholder alignment. Translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and oversee Java, J2EE, microservices, AWS, and AI-assisted development initiatives. Partner with customers, product, engineering, operations, and leadership to achieve business outcomes, OKRs, revenue goals, and customer satisfaction. Serve as a client-facing point of contact in an onsite and offshore delivery model.
