Performs financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, variance reporting, and financial modeling for city accounting units and healthcare programs. Prepares executive reports, analyzes metrics and trends, monitors spending, supports cost containment, and assists managers with annual budgets and forecasts. Oversees an assigned specialty finance function and contributes to cross-functional process improvement and implementation projects.

Performs telephone triage for patients from newborn through adulthood, collecting health data, assessing symptoms, selecting guidelines, providing care advice, determining dispositions, documenting calls, and responding to emergencies. Reviews medications and allergies, supports quality audits, assists with process improvement, and may serve as a team lead or staff resource.

Provides telephone nursing triage for patients from newborns through adults. Collects health data, performs assessments, determines diagnoses and dispositions using clinical guidelines and nursing judgment, provides care advice, handles emergencies, documents calls, reviews medications and allergies, and supports quality improvement, audits, staff guidance, and process improvements.
