Provides clerical, administrative, record-keeping, and technical support for a healthcare department. Manages ERP, item master, vendor, and EDI configurations; produces supply chain reporting; identifies process improvements; supports optimization projects; and serves as a liaison between Supply Chain, ERP/IT teams, vendors, and business users. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, data analysis, root cause analysis, and Infor CloudSuite operations.

Provides financial analysis and consultative support to assigned healthcare departments. Responsibilities include developing budgets and forecasts, analyzing variances and trends, preparing financial statements and executive reports, evaluating projects and expansions, monitoring expenses, and identifying cost-containment opportunities. The role partners with department leaders and executives, creates financial models and proformas, tracks performance metrics, and supports enterprise-wide budgeting and specialized finance functions.
