Manages client relationships and the day-to-day execution of marketing strategies. Coordinates internal teams and business units to deliver high-quality campaigns and client deliverables on time and within budget. Leads status calls, manages campaign traffic and resources, supports integrated marketing initiatives, and ensures client satisfaction. Requires experience with creative production, digital and multichannel marketing, complex email campaigns, operations management, and marketing automation platforms.

Leads client analytics transformation initiatives, conducting digital marketing, data, and analytics audits; evaluating AI and privacy readiness; developing transformation roadmaps; and presenting strategic recommendations. Advises technical and executive stakeholders on data strategy, customer experience analytics, identity, media activation, measurement, and MarTech. Provides ongoing consulting, thought leadership, and business development support while ensuring alignment with industry trends and regulations.

Leads Merkle’s Americas external communications and public relations strategy. Develops media narratives, builds journalist relationships, secures earned coverage, prepares executives for media engagement, and writes or ghostwrites thought leadership content. Advises senior leaders, coordinates regional and global communications teams, manages reputation initiatives, and measures performance through coverage quality, share of voice, message pull-through, and executive visibility.
