Log and track defects, collaborate with developers and stakeholders, support automation and accessibility testing (WCAG), and participate in Agile ceremonies to improve QA processes and product quality.

Manage day-to-day execution of clients' marketing strategies, coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure timely delivery of multi-channel campaigns (especially large email initiatives), lead status calls, manage campaign traffic and resources, maintain client relationships, and leverage marketing automation platforms to optimize performance.
