Lead enterprise-wide budgeting, long-range planning, rolling forecasts, scenario modeling, variance reporting, and board-level financial reporting. Advise the CFO, CEO, and executive team on strategic financial decisions, risk, and performance. Modernize planning systems, establish cross-functional KPIs, and build and mentor a high-performing FP&A team. The role partners across the organization to improve growth, efficiency, reporting accuracy, and decision-making.

Lead brand storytelling and content strategy to position Demandbase as the AI GTM category leader. Create high-impact assets across long- and short-form formats, drive executive thought leadership, champion video and visual content, manage omnichannel brand content, align messaging with product and demand teams, and establish editorial processes to scale narrative-driven campaigns that support engagement and pipeline.

Manage and expand enterprise customer accounts to maximize revenue via upsell/cross-sell. Partner with Sellers and Customer Success to create account plans, present strategic proposals, lead customer calls, build executive relationships, and leverage martech and AI tools to drive customer value and retention.
