Develop and maintain C++ and C# software for high-fidelity missile warning training in JLVC HLA environments. Integrate applications using RTI-s and FOM, perform agile development in classified and unclassified settings, and contribute to testing, documentation, deployment, and sustainment. Collaborate with stakeholders and customers on requirements, architecture, risk identification, estimates, technical solutions, and design reviews.

Provides advanced IT and communications support to USSPACECOM executive and priority customers. Responsibilities include help desk intake, ticket tracking, account and access support, hardware and software troubleshooting, LAN and device support, VTC and surge support, configuration management, customer response monitoring, and coordination with system owners. The role requires independent judgment, strong customer service, Security+ certification, over four years of technical experience, and an active TS/SCI clearance.
