Support integration with directorates, CJCS, interagency partners and CCMDs; develop CONOPs, MOEs/MOPs, enter assessments in DRRS, support exercises and 24/7 operations, and advise on information environment influence and counterintelligence coordination.

The role involves managing Foreign Military Sales processes, including documentation, financial management, risk management, and compliance with policies while using FMS software.

Perform functional, regression, integration, and acceptance testing of custom and containerized software for missile warning/defense systems. Lead test events, document defects and root causes, convert requirements into test cases, collaborate with developers and external stakeholders, and perform on-site testing at classified government facilities while improving testing methodologies and SOPs.

Develop, maintain, and integrate C# applications for high-fidelity missile warning training. Perform agile development across unclassified and classified environments, apply software engineering best practices, produce technical documentation, engage with customers for requirements, and contribute across the full software development lifecycle including testing, deployment, and sustainment.

Develop, maintain, and integrate C#/.NET simulation software modeling high-fidelity orbital and suborbital trajectories. Derive and implement equations of motion for boost, mid-course, and terminal guidance, predict emerging threats, perform testing and debugging, engage customers for requirements, and participate in the full Windows-based software lifecycle in classified and unclassified environments using agile practices.

Support personnel management and HR functions at Los Angeles AFB including hiring, onboarding, performance management, manpower analysis, requisition processing, civilian personnel actions, and advising leadership on staffing and organizational documentation.
