Develops and manages strategic relationships with dental practice management system vendors, eligibility providers, payers, and technology partners. Drives Nexus platform adoption, API integration growth, joint business planning, and executive-level partnership strategies. Translates technical capabilities into business value, conducts market analysis, gathers provider insights, and coordinates with Product, Engineering, Sales, Delivery, and Business Development teams to improve dental payer connectivity and provider technology experiences.

Manages key customer and broker accounts to achieve revenue, retention, renewal, and upsell goals. Develops renewal strategies, rate recommendations, and long-term growth pipelines; leads deal strategy, presentations, and business reviews. Serves as the primary customer contact, coordinates internal service delivery, resolves concerns, and identifies opportunities to expand services. Requires employee benefits expertise, analytical and consultative selling skills, travel, Salesforce proficiency, a driver’s license, and a state life and health producer license.

Conducts advanced vulnerability research across applications, APIs, cloud infrastructure, AI-enabled systems, and compiled software. Responsibilities include source-code review, binary analysis, exploitation, dynamic testing, threat modeling, cloud security assessment, adversary emulation, fuzzing, and custom security-tool development. The role produces remediation guidance, technical reports, executive communications, testing methodologies, and research into offensive security techniques.
