Supervises daily production operations, coordinating with warehouse, shipping, receiving, and quality assurance teams. Tracks production goals, labor efficiency, yields, costs, staffing, inventory, and product quality. Supports employee training, scheduling, new product development, raw material availability, and compliance with food safety, GMP, HACCP, labeling, packaging, temperature, and cold-chain requirements.

Oversee financial accounting for assigned distribution and fulfillment locations, ensuring accurate reporting, policy adherence, SOX compliance, and audit readiness. Analyze business performance, KPIs, risks, and opportunities while advising general managers on financial decisions. Supervise month-end close, inventory reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, financial controls, and direct-report task allocation. Partner with the business and complete special projects as needed.

Leads fresh produce sales for the Western Division, focusing on tropical commodities, customer retention, new business development, ad planning, and revenue growth. Manages designated accounts, coordinates with processing and distribution teams, resolves order and service issues, and supports company profitability. Represents the company at conferences, trade shows, and industry events while maintaining strong customer relationships and managing multiple priorities.
