Support operating unit leadership with financial modeling, forecasting, monthly P&L and variance analysis. Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, extract/transform data from ERP and other sources, prepare board and debt compliance materials, track capex and covenant compliance, and deliver ad hoc analyses for strategic initiatives such as M&A and pricing reviews.

Perform outdoor manual labor supporting fiberoptic outside-plant work: dig, lay conduit, assist heavy equipment operators, load/unload materials, restore sites, direct traffic as needed, follow safety procedures and wear required PPE. Must be dependable, able to travel and relocate to Montrose, CO.

The Excavation Support person performs manual labor outdoors, assists with laying conduit for fiberoptic cable, and supports Heavy Equipment Operators while adhering to safety protocols.
