Owns healthcare quality measurement and monitoring across clinical operations. Defines standards, metrics, rubrics, SOPs, and reporting processes; analyzes data to identify operational improvements; and partners with Product and Tech to embed quality into workflows. The role also establishes coaching and calibration frameworks, reports findings to leadership, and translates quality issues into product requirements. It is a hands-on analytical role focused on patient experience and measurable operational outcomes.

Own the end-to-end operating engine for a Series A healthcare navigation company, including clinical operations, revenue cycle management, sales, growth, quality, compliance, finance, HR, patient funnel, and advocate operations. Drive unit economics, gross margin, growth, patient experience, operating cadence, workflow improvement, and AI adoption. Lead cross-functional leaders, build scalable systems, improve contact center performance, and ensure operational readiness for rapid growth.

Hands-on COO to build scalable operational systems across credentialing, payer contracting, clinical ops, RCM, finance and customer success. Own gross margin, operational KPIs, documentation, and investor reporting while directly executing and improving workflows. Embed AI to drive efficiency and maintain high patient experience.
