Oversee vendor deliverables, track timelines, ensure compliance with ICMJE, GPP, and internal policies, and support congress submissions and journal publications.

Manage end-to-end commercial labeling projects in a regulated pharmaceutical environment: coordinate artwork review cycles, route workflows in Veeva Vault, proofread artwork, track timelines and approvals, partner with regulatory/quality/supply chain/packaging/manufacturing and external vendors, and support label implementation including phase-in/phase-out and obsolete inventory tracking.
