Responsibilities include contract intake, approvals, execution, amendments, purchase orders, invoicing, vendor classification, workflow monitoring, compliance, recordkeeping, and stakeholder training. The role partners with Finance, Accounts Payable, vendors, IT, and procurement teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and support timely contract and payment completion.

Analyze and integrate large-scale genetic, genomic, clinical, imaging, and single-cell datasets. Develop statistical, multimodal integration, and machine learning methods for human genetics and translational research. Responsibilities include GWAS, sequencing analysis, data quality control, workflow documentation, scientific presentations, and collaboration on publications. Requires strong programming in R, Python, and shell scripting, plus Git and high-performance computing experience.

Manage end-to-end commercial labeling projects in a regulated pharmaceutical environment: coordinate artwork review cycles, route workflows in Veeva Vault, proofread artwork, track timelines and approvals, partner with regulatory/quality/supply chain/packaging/manufacturing and external vendors, and support label implementation including phase-in/phase-out and obsolete inventory tracking.
