Manage and grow a portfolio of existing SaaS customer accounts by driving upsells and cross-sells, developing account strategies, conducting QBRs, forecasting expansion pipelines, and partnering with Customer Success, Product, Solutions Consulting, and Marketing. The role focuses on customer adoption, relationship building, expansion quota attainment, Salesforce pipeline management, and selling finance-focused solutions to CFOs, FP&A teams, and Controllers.

Deploys and operates AI-powered customer solutions, owning integrations, authentication, secrets, hosting, monitoring, and releases. Builds reusable tooling and platform components, develops customer-facing AI applications and workflows, leads technical discovery, translates business needs into deployable designs, and partners with Product, R&D, and Customer Success. Requires strong customer communication, software delivery ownership, cloud and DevOps expertise, product thinking, and experience with Python or TypeScript, SQL, REST APIs, and LLM-based systems.

Build and deliver customer-facing AI solutions for finance teams, including agents, workflows, applications, and LLM-based systems. Lead customer discovery, recommend transformation opportunities, translate business needs into technical solutions, and own projects from discovery through deployment. Evaluate AI system performance, collaborate with Product, R&D, and Customer Success, support change management, and identify reusable platform capabilities.
