Serve as a cloud cost management and FinOps subject matter expert, advising enterprise customers on multi-cloud cost allocation, AI token attribution, Kubernetes costs, budgeting, anomaly detection, capacity planning, and optimization. Partner with field and product teams, create technical collateral, guide implementations, and influence product roadmaps. The role requires strong cloud infrastructure, observability, billing data, Python or SQL, architecture, and consultative customer skills, with travel up to 40%.

Manages and develops Customer Success Managers while driving renewals, expansions, customer retention, and revenue growth. Serves as a customer escalation point, coaches teams on relationship-building and negotiation, collaborates cross-functionally to resolve challenges, and leads talent attraction, retention, and development in a scaling SaaS environment.

Manage complex customer incidents and escalations from triage through resolution, coordinating support, engineering, product, and leadership stakeholders. Lead customer and internal communications during critical events, prioritize response strategies, and develop monitoring, automations, runbooks, training, and retrospectives. Identify recurring cloud and product issues, drive operational improvement projects, mentor peers, and improve incident management processes.
