Supports Wealth Management lending, cash management, and managed asset programs by coordinating advisory fee changes, assisting cross-functional product initiatives, guiding Financial Professionals, maintaining product documentation, and monitoring industry trends. The role emphasizes accurate execution, responsive advisor support, process improvement, project coordination, and effective communication across Wealth Management, Operations, Compliance, and Advisor Solutions teams.

Provides in-house legal counsel on complex corporate, securities, employment, regulatory, litigation, arbitration, investigations, insurance, recruiting, and special matters. Manages outside counsel, legal filings, settlements, regulatory inquiries, employee-related claims, and internal investigations. Advises Compliance, Human Capital, Supervision, business leaders, and subsidiaries; monitors legal developments and supports policy development. Supervises the Associate General Counsel for Employment and Employee Benefits.

Paid nine-week wealth management internship supporting Financial Advisors and their clients. Interns gain hands-on experience in wealth management, participate in branch projects, build professional networks, engage with firm leadership, and may prepare for and take the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials exam. The program requires at least 25 hours per week, local residence or housing arrangements, U.S. work authorization, background and credit checks, and completion of the full program.
