Provide paralegal and administrative support to the General Counsel and legal team, including legal research, document and contract preparation, litigation and e-discovery support, subpoena responses, vendor/contract management, regulatory filing assistance, calendar/travel/meeting coordination, and maintaining confidential legal files and tracking logs.

Provide administrative support to the Fixed Income Sales team, manage institutional account onboarding and documentation, resolve trade discrepancies, liaise with Trading, Compliance, and Operations, and assist Trading and Underwriting desks with ad-hoc requests and account inquiries.

Lead full-stack development using React, Node and TypeScript. Design scalable architecture, write and review code, ensure performance, accessibility and security, mentor off-shore teams, participate in Agile ceremonies, support production (including weekends/off-hours), and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical applications.
