Supervises the Associate General Counsel for Employment and Employee Benefits.

Paid nine-week wealth management internship supporting Financial Advisors and their clients. Interns gain hands-on experience in wealth management, participate in branch projects, build professional networks, engage with firm leadership, and may prepare for and take the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials exam. The program requires at least 25 hours per week, local residence or housing arrangements, U.S. work authorization, background and credit checks, and completion of the full program.

Leads IT Problem Management and Change Enablement governance within application support. Owns problem and change processes, CAB coordination, change scheduling, root-cause follow-up, risk reviews, change models, metrics, audit evidence, and KCS practices. Coordinates business and technical stakeholders, coaches teams, tracks corrective actions, improves knowledge quality, and supports compliance with security, regulatory, and confidentiality requirements.
