Leads D2L’s Infrastructure Services team and oversees corporate IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, reliability, security, maintenance, monitoring, automation, and incident management. The role develops team members, manages priorities and risks, drives Infrastructure as Code and continuous improvement, and partners across the organization to deliver scalable, resilient, secure infrastructure services. Responsibilities include administration of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, endpoint management, infrastructure licensing, system upgrades, documentation, on-call support, and operational planning.

Serve as the technical escalation and pre-sales architecture lead supporting Solutions Engineers. Engage customers to gather integration and security requirements, design and document technical solutions (integrations, authentication, data exchange), mitigate risks to wins and implementations, liaise with services/implementation teams, and enable internal teams through reusable assets and presentations to drive successful sales outcomes.
