Own North American business development for IMOS design-to-manufacturing software, targeting furniture, cabinetry, kitchen and bath, and office furniture manufacturers. Responsibilities include prospecting, consultative discovery, workflow demonstrations, proof-of-concept coordination, proposals, closing, pipeline development, cross-selling to existing Cyncly customers, trade-show representation, and providing market feedback. The role requires opening a new market and building reference accounts while traveling to manufacturing sites and industry events.

Lead and own global hosting and infrastructure operations across cloud (Azure), co-location, and hybrid environments. Manage major incident response, reliability, capacity planning, M&A infrastructure integrations, core infrastructure projects, security/compliance (SOC2, GDPR), and a distributed hosting operations team. Drive observability, automation, and DR readiness while partnering with enterprise architecture, security, and senior leadership to deliver scalable, secure hosting services.

Lead creation and stewardship of a scalable, token-driven design system across the product portfolio. Build Figma component libraries and token architecture, document component specs and accessibility requirements, partner with front-end engineers to implement WCAG 2.1 AA–compliant components, run audits and roadmaps, establish governance and contribution workflows, evangelize the system internally, and mentor/shape the design systems function.
