The Channel Account Director is responsible for expanding the network of channel partners, strategic planning, partner recruitment, sales enablement, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration. They will drive revenue growth and maintain relationships with key partners in the data security industry.

Senior, field-facing technical leader driving AI security strategy across customers and GTM. Lead AI-focused discovery, demos, POVs, and workshops; translate customer needs into product and engineering direction; build reusable patterns, enablement, and thought leadership to scale AI security engagements.

Lead regional channel strategy and execution across the Western U.S., recruiting and enabling VARs, MSSPs, and partners. Build joint go-to-market plans, support partner-led deals, manage partner performance and QBRs, collaborate cross-functionally, and provide market feedback to inform product and positioning.
