Drive new business and expand enterprise accounts for managed cybersecurity services. Conduct consultative selling, manage full sales cycle, present solutions, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with delivery teams to meet sales targets and ensure client onboarding, compliance, and satisfaction.

Customer-facing Cloud Operations Engineer responsible for onboarding, migrating, and operating on-premise and cloud environments (Azure, Office 365, AWS) and Linux systems. Implements secure configurations, device management (Intune), cloud workloads (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC), monitoring and security tooling, documents work in the ticketing system, and coordinates with clients and internal teams to meet project timelines and compliance (DIB/CMMC).

Serve as single point of accountability for a portfolio of managed-service customers: onboard clients, coordinate technical and compliance projects, drive execution, surface and mitigate risks, run quarterly business reviews, monitor KPIs and health indicators, and identify retention and upsell opportunities while holding internal teams accountable.
