The role focuses on Microsoft Copilot and Claude tools, stakeholder collaboration, behavior change, and hands-on support rather than AI engineering, governance ownership, or product management.

Leads engineering delivery and modernization roadmaps for retail front-store merchandising technology. Drives AI-enabled transformation, manages risks, dependencies, program plans, KPIs, reporting, stakeholder communication, and vendor relationships. Partners with business, product, architecture, PMO, and engineering teams to execute large-scale software programs and achieve business outcomes.
