Oversees brokerage teams, lease and acquisition transactions, negotiations, documentation, budgeting, compliance, stakeholder coordination, and portfolio optimization. Requires discretion with sensitive information, coordination with technical and security teams, strategic planning, and client-site travel.

Executes strategic marketing plans and campaigns for the Americas Capital Markets business. Partners with leadership and marketing centers of excellence to develop brand initiatives, content plans, communications, digital marketing, advertising, public relations, events, and business development activities. Uses market and client insights to optimize marketing investment, increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and support revenue growth. Measures campaign results, advises leadership on communications, and shares best practices with other marketing leaders.
