Manage engineering/construction projects and tenant improvements on client sites. Develop budgets, schedules, reports, oversee consultants and contractors, review change orders and invoices, ensure code and safety compliance, coordinate with facility teams and clients, and support service marketing.

Lead day-to-day transaction management for large, multi-asset client portfolios: drive strategic planning, negotiate complex leases, manage brokers and legal review, produce financial and market analysis, oversee reporting and process improvements, and lead a team to deliver portfolio optimization and measurable client outcomes.
