Oversee strategic procurement and category management for IT goods and services, including hardware, software, cloud, and telecommunications. Develop sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships and performance, negotiate contracts, analyze third-party spend, mitigate supply-chain and cybersecurity risks, and drive preferred-supplier adoption. Partner with IT, Finance, Legal, Operations, HR, and Project Management to align procurement strategies with business goals, improve cost efficiency, ensure compliance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Manages revenue, expenses, cash flow, commissions, policies, accounts receivable, accounts payable, reconciliations, and revenue recognition. Conducts financial research and analysis, prepares reports, supports accounting process improvements, and ensures compliance with policies and accounting standards. Collaborates with appraisers, clients, leadership, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records. The position is remote or hybrid and follows Pacific time zone hours.

Oversee daily operations, preventive maintenance, repairs, and emergency response for commercial building mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Supervise maintenance staff when applicable, coordinate contractors, manage inventory, maintain procedures, prepare operational reports, and ensure compliance with safety codes. The role requires hands-on HVAC, boiler, pump, refrigerant, water-system, and general building maintenance expertise, along with on-call, shift, and inter-property responsibilities.
