Use agentic workflows to assess customer health, prioritize outreach, drive adoption, realize value, support retention and expansion, identify whitespace, and develop reusable playbooks. The role combines customer success, account relationship management, AI adoption, and operational design in a high-velocity environment.

Own strategic Life Sciences accounts and net-new targets, managing enterprise software sales from technical discovery through security review, procurement, deployment, and expansion. Build relationships with engineering, security, risk, and procurement stakeholders; run consultative evaluations; develop ROI cases; drive outbound pipeline; accurately forecast; and provide customer feedback to Product and go-to-market teams.

Build AI-powered product quality infrastructure for capturing, synthesizing, routing, and acting on customer feedback. Develop bug intake and triage systems, dashboards, data pipelines, analytics tooling, and integrations with ticketing, payment, CRM, and data warehouse systems. Partner with support engineers and domain specialists to improve product quality and ship internal tools quickly.
