Owns the design, development, facilitation, and governance of readiness learning for service and sales teams. Creates live, virtual, and self-paced learning for K-8 math and i-Ready products; maintains certification paths; builds content standards and templates; coordinates learning events, product releases, and go-to-market support; tracks projects and gathers feedback to improve learning experiences.

Manages state and public education program adoptions for ELA/SLA materials, with cross-training in math and science. Responsibilities include completing adoption forms, maintaining reviewer websites and state adoption pages, creating presentation rubric responses, producing navigation videos and guides, supporting bid submissions, coordinating stakeholders, advising on adoption communications, and analyzing debrief outcomes.

Leads product marketing strategy for i-Ready digital instruction and professional learning offerings. Owns positioning, messaging, go-to-market plans, product launches, competitive analysis, sales enablement, content strategy, customer advocacy, and performance measurement. Partners cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Research, Growth Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Revenue Operations. Manages and mentors product marketers while driving adoption, sales, renewals, and market growth in the K-12 education technology sector.
