Teams at Curri

Develop relationships with target and existing branch locations four days per week, identify partnership opportunities, and increase deliveries on the Curri platform. Prospect mid-market and enterprise accounts through calls, personalized emails, and sales tools. Serve as the initial in-person customer contact, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations, manage high-value accounts, build logistics expertise, and contribute to market growth and go-to-market strategy.

Build and ship full-stack features in weekly loops, owning problems end-to-end from stakeholder discovery to production, using TypeScript/Node backend and React/React Native frontends, leveraging AI-paired tools, and making scalable architectural decisions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Provides cross-team technical leadership by architecting scalable systems, leading design reviews, resolving complex technical issues, shipping production code, mentoring engineers, reducing technical debt, and translating business priorities into technical roadmaps. The role requires hands-on full-stack software development, AI-paired delivery, strong communication, and influence without formal authority.
