Drive R&D experimentation, technology evaluation, vendor analysis, and AI/data enablement. Partner with compliance, platform, product, and engineering teams to transition pilots into production. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and stakeholder communication to align solutions with enterprise strategy, governance, and measurable business outcomes.

Execute audience design and list selection across Unica Campaign and Salesforce Data Cloud for B2B and B2C campaigns. Design and optimize campaigns, perform audience selection, resolve data issues, conduct QA and UAT, mentor junior staff, develop documentation, and drive process improvements to ensure accurate and timely campaign delivery.
