Leads Filene’s audience, content, brand, editorial, social media, thought leadership, and multi-channel marketing strategies. Develops segmentation, messaging, editorial governance, digital discovery, and performance measurement frameworks while personally writing, editing, managing channels, analyzing results, and optimizing execution. Partners cross-functionally and manages agencies, vendors, freelancers, budgets, and strategic initiatives to increase awareness, engagement, growth, retention, and revenue.

Perform independent actuarial analysis supporting Pension Risk Transfer pricing. Responsibilities include coding and executing proprietary pricing models, recalculating premiums, maintaining and improving processes, calculating complex participant benefits, reviewing standard calculations, drafting contract language, and supporting special projects. The role requires collaboration, technical communication, attention to detail, and continued actuarial accreditation.

Performs complex tax research, data analysis, tax planning, and tax accounting review. Manages tax processes, projects, controls, external consulting resources, and tax integrations. Interacts with the IRS, auditors, regulators, vendors, and senior tax leadership while translating technical tax information into actionable guidance.

Lead portfolio-level solution architecture: design reusable solution patterns and frameworks, guide development teams across the SDLC, drive technical strategy and roadmaps, perform feasibility research and POCs, mentor developers, and ensure solutions meet security, reliability, and business needs within the financial services/insurance context.

Lead analysis, design, development, testing, debugging and production support for complex insurance application systems (OIPA/PAS). Mentor team members, resolve outages, implement SDLC practices, and support data migration and monitoring for a multi-year OIPA implementation.

Drive annuity product distribution by building and supporting advisor and broker-dealer relationships, providing sales and marketing support, educating advisors on products, troubleshooting field issues, developing territory strategies, and assisting wholesalers and regional leadership to grow sales and market share.
