Builds relationships with Navy and Marine Corps stakeholders, shapes early requirements, identifies opportunities, develops win and partnership strategies, and supports proposals. Partners with engineering, program management, product, and executive teams to align solutions, forecast pipeline, and drive bookings. Focus areas include live training, LVC, SITL, ACMI, tactical aircraft acquisition, and foreign military sales.
