Teams at Ctdi

Lead day-to-day warehouse and branch operations across multiple departments, drive KPI and P&L performance, implement process and safety standards, manage inventory and WMS, coach and develop staff, coordinate with corporate and customers to meet SLAs, and resolve escalations to ensure operational excellence.

Supervise production workers, coordinate tasks, ensure quality standards, meet production targets, and maintain effective communication to address issues and improve efficiency.

Oversee daily warehouse operations, supervise staff, manage budgets and P&L, meet KPIs, optimize inventory and processes, ensure safety and compliance, coordinate cross-functional teams, handle escalations, and use WMS and reporting for continuous improvement.
