Own and operate core corporate IT systems including identity, endpoints, cloud infrastructure, and automations. Administer AWS, ServiceNow, MDM, and SaaS integrations; build workflows, govern AI tools, handle Tier 3 incidents and on-call duties, and partner with Security, People, and Enterprise apps to ensure reliability, security, and compliance.
