The role requires experience with logs, metrics, IT operations, and security, along with a sales engineering, professional services, or support background. It is remote-first, based in Seattle or Portland, and involves up to 30% travel.

Architect and build AI-powered SOC capabilities for post-detection workflows, including autonomous triage, multi-agent investigations, contextual enrichment, evidence synthesis, and automated response. Develop production-grade LLM systems, agent frameworks, integrations, and safe execution controls. Lead ambiguous initiatives, establish reliability and performance standards, guide engineers, and collaborate with product and security teams. The role is fully remote but includes standby, on-call, or off-hours duties.

Leads global segment revenue enablement strategy across regions, builds and manages an enablement team, embeds value-based sales methodologies, and develops frontline manager coaching. The role connects enablement programs to pipeline, ARR, retention, customer outcomes, and seller performance. It also defines skills assessments, personalized AI-enabled coaching, governance, and adoption strategies while partnering with Sales, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and other teams.
