As a Regional Sales Director, you'll lead a sales team, develop business plans, and drive sales growth by managing complex cycles and nurturing talent.

Lead and mentor a technical support team responsible for customer escalations, SLA and CSAT targets, process improvement, case review and metrics, and on-call/standby duties. Support post-sales CX operations: own professional service operations, execute customer communication programs in Gainsight, develop/apply AI tools for automation, support CX programs, and collaborate cross-functionally in a hybrid role with occasional nonstandard hours.

Qualify and develop inbound and outbound leads, schedule sales-ready meetings, research target accounts, run cold outreach campaigns, maintain Salesforce, and meet meeting quotas while collaborating with sales and marketing. Occasional travel required.

Design, build, and maintain cloud-first, highly available infrastructure and tooling for Cribl's telemetry platform. Drive automation, reliability, scalability, and API-driven solutions across distributed SaaS systems, and participate in on-call and operational duties.

Design, prototype, and productionize Generative AI and LLM features across backend and frontend. Integrate ML models, fine-tune, perform prompt engineering, operate inference platforms, and support AI-based product launches while participating in on-call duties.
