Processes and stages customer orders, verifies products and quantities, provides customer service, collects payments, and maintains accurate, timely order fulfillment. The role also troubleshoots discrepancies, manages aging orders, supports account documentation, replenishes customer refreshments, and promotes a safe, clean work environment. Warehouse experience, forklift experience, and RF system familiarity are preferred.
