The Technical Product Manager develops and delivers scalable technology solutions, aligns data strategies with business goals, and collaborates on product requirements across teams. This role includes enhancing software systems, driving technical innovation, and mentoring team members while ensuring alignment with industry standards.

Lead design, build, and production deployment of ML and GenAI solutions (LLMs, RAG, multi-agent systems, recommender and RL models). Architect scalable, secure inference and MLOps pipelines, mentor MLEs, collaborate with stakeholders to define roadmaps, and measure model performance and business impact. Implement fine-tuning, retrieval, orchestration, and monitoring for enterprise-grade AI products.

Lead design, deployment, and ongoing engineering of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune). Manage hybrid identity (Azure AD, AAD Connect), automate with PowerShell, ensure security (MFA, conditional access), monitor service health, troubleshoot major incidents, run DR exercises, provide on-call support, and mentor junior engineers while partnering with stakeholders to improve collaboration and productivity.
