The Senior Claims Examiner will lead investigations on complex claims, manage coverage interpretation, set reserves, and collaborate with legal counsel and team members while mentoring junior staff.

Administer and resolve non-complex workers' compensation claims, investigate coverage and liability, document medical information, set and adjust reserves, approve medical payments within delegated authority, identify fraud and recovery opportunities, and maintain timely file documentation while escalating complex issues to management.

Provide telephonic and field case management for injured or disabled individuals, review records, coordinate return-to-work plans, liaise with physicians/employers/adjusters, arrange IMEs/peer reviews, meet productivity and QA standards, and travel to sites and providers as needed to resolve workers' compensation, disability, and related cases.
