Builds strategic customer relationships, expands market presence, manages territory coverage, and uses solutions-based selling to increase sales and profitability. Collaborates with product management, marketing, customer service, technical support, and operations to develop regional strategies. Monitors market and competitive trends, gathers customer insights, supports product development, and contributes to forecasting, budgeting, negotiation, and expense control.

Leads enterprise business applications and complex ERP/MES transformation programs in a manufacturing environment. Oversees technical strategy, architecture alignment, platform roadmaps, production support, change management, and workstream delivery. Builds and mentors teams, manages executive and business stakeholders, facilitates solutioning workshops, and drives standardization, automation, and operational improvements across cloud ERP and MES platforms.

Serves as the primary finance partner for the Digital business and IPT segment. Leads budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, pricing analysis, business cases, performance reporting, variance analysis, and executive communications. Partners with product, sales, operations, and finance leaders to evaluate growth opportunities, monitor performance, identify risks, and support data-driven decisions for digital products and services.
