Serves as the primary finance partner for the Digital business and IPT segment. Leads budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, pricing analysis, business cases, performance reporting, variance analysis, and executive communications. Partners with product, sales, operations, and finance leaders to evaluate growth opportunities, monitor performance, identify risks, and support data-driven decisions for digital products and services.

Partners with manufacturing leaders on employee relations, staffing, onboarding, benefits, employment law compliance, engagement, DEI, training, performance management, compensation, organizational design, and change management. Maintains confidential HR records and systems, supports investigations and conflict resolution, develops workforce plans, and drives culture and retention initiatives.

Develop and maintain Python web applications using AWS services across the software development lifecycle. Responsibilities include coding, testing, debugging, documentation, code reviews, requirements analysis, and collaboration with senior developers. The role emphasizes secure, scalable development, PCI compliance, Agile practices, and AI-assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude.

Leads enterprise strategy, strategic planning, growth and diversification initiatives, market intelligence, strategic finance, and mergers and acquisitions. Advises the CEO, CFO, executive leadership, and Board on long-term value creation, investment opportunities, competitive positioning, and transformation. Builds the strategy function, leads cross-functional initiatives, oversees due diligence and integration planning, and develops financial models, business cases, and execution measures to drive enterprise performance.

Designs, implements, supports, and optimizes multi-site enterprise LAN, WAN, wireless, firewall, and VPN infrastructure. Responsibilities include network maintenance, patching, upgrades, lifecycle management, troubleshooting, incident response, root cause analysis, on-call support, security and compliance alignment, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Manages client relationships and serves as the voice of the customer, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, deliver payment card programs accurately, communicate timelines, analyze client data, track KPIs, support QBRs, and improve client-specific solutions. The role also coordinates billing, orders, communications, and project activities while maintaining strong customer service and cross-functional collaboration.

Operates within a high-volume card manufacturing environment by preparing screens and stencils, recording completed work in shop-floor systems, staging materials, maintaining inventory, inspecting quality, and following safety, security, and ISO procedures. The role requires standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, using precision equipment, maintaining productivity and quality standards, and potentially cross-training as a press helper or operator.

Leads the data engineering organization and enterprise Databricks Lakehouse on AWS. Owns team development, platform strategy, delivery, reliability, governance, budget, vendors, architecture standards, and regulatory compliance. Partners with executives on data transformation, MDM, ERP migration, analytics, and AI enablement. Requires extensive data engineering leadership, Databricks and AWS expertise, regulated-environment experience, and proven budget and vendor management.
