Develop Customer Success Plans, run QBRs, monitor health and risks, coordinate cross-functional teams, support renewals, maintain CRM and success documentation, and contribute to playbooks and process improvements.

Lead technical discovery and design of hybrid and multi-cloud architectures, align solutions to business outcomes, support sales throughout the cycle, ensure security/compliance, design networking/connectivity, and coordinate public cloud specialists for deeper scoping.
