Manage strategic enterprise customer relationships to drive adoption, value realization, renewals, and expansion of Couchbase solutions. Lead onboarding, monitor usage and health, mitigate risks, coordinate cross-functional resolution, and act as customer advocate to Product, Engineering, and Sales.

As a Deployed Customer Engineer, you serve as a technical partner, implementing Couchbase solutions and collaborating with customers to achieve technical milestones and business outcomes. Responsibilities include coding, database architecture design, and troubleshooting deployment challenges.

Lead and expand Couchbase's presence in LATAM, focusing on complex sales cycles, executive relationship building, and regional strategy execution.
