Sell CoStar data and analytics to commercial real estate and related clients through full consultative sales cycle. Prospect and close new business, manage and grow client portfolios, deliver demos and onboarding, conduct in-person meetings and industry outreach, and represent the brand at events to drive renewals and revenue growth.

Sell new business and manage and grow a portfolio of commercial real estate clients. Conduct prospecting, product demonstrations, negotiations, closing, onboarding, training, renewals, and account expansion. Build relationships with brokers, owners, investors, corporations, and other industry professionals through client meetings and events. Represent CoStar as a brand ambassador while exceeding sales targets and delivering consultative, customer-focused solutions.
