Own and expand commercial workplace design standards across a national portfolio. Lead interior design and space planning for new builds, remodels, and refreshes; produce floor plans, finish schedules, FF&E specifications, renderings, and mood boards; select materials and furniture; coordinate vendors, contractors, installers, facilities, and real estate stakeholders; and manage multiple projects through completion.

Manage a nationwide portfolio of office properties: oversee day-to-day operations, vendors, contractors, tenant relations, contracts, leasing support, property maintenance, renovations, disaster projects, and maintain organized property files. Travel up to 20%.

Build and maintain cross-platform Flutter applications for iOS and Android. Responsibilities include implementing state management, integrating RESTful APIs and external services, troubleshooting bugs, optimizing performance, reliability, security, and user experience, and managing app store deployments. The role involves collaborating in an agile team, contributing proactively to product decisions, and continuously improving mobile applications.
