Teams at Cordance

Serve as a strategic HR advisor across multiple software companies and countries. Lead employee relations investigations, performance management, workforce planning, organizational design, manager coaching, people analytics, compliance guidance, and HR program development. Support M&A integration by harmonizing people practices across acquired entities, reinforcing culture, and managing cross-entity HR initiatives. Partner with senior leaders, legal counsel, Total Rewards, and Payroll in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.

Provides frontline technical and product support through ticketing systems, phone, and email. Troubleshoots customer issues, manages multiple cases, collaborates with Customer Success, Product, and Development teams, and contributes to product improvements. Creates knowledge-base articles, FAQs, training materials, and other self-service resources while supporting feature testing and maintaining clear customer communication.

Own the full sales cycle for new business acquisition across Cordance’s SaaS portfolio, from prospecting and discovery through demonstrations, negotiation, and close. Build ROI-based value propositions, manage multi-stakeholder deals using MEDDPICC, maintain accurate HubSpot CRM data, forecast pipeline performance, and collaborate with SDRs, Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive growth and successful customer handoffs.
