Provide Tier 2 functional Workday support and configuration with emphasis on Advanced Compensation and Benefits. Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, support upgrades, testing, and implementations, maintain documentation, and collaborate with IT, HR COEs, and Tier 1 support in a global environment.

Sell Copeland Cold Chain electronics, software, and services to food retail customers. Build strategic account plans, identify cross-functional opportunities, deliver proposals, manage pipeline/forecasting, and maintain CRM records while coordinating internal technical and commercial teams.
