Supports strategic finance, treasury, and finance transformation initiatives, including working capital optimization, process automation, dashboards, SAP implementation, capital structure analysis, and acquisition diligence. Conducts financial and operational analysis, improves AR, AP, Treasury, and expense-management processes, and delivers executive presentations and recommendations. Partners with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to implement sustainable process improvements and AI-enabled tools.

Supports manufacturing quality activities through statistical analysis, process capability studies, SPC, measurement system analysis, audits, nonconformance investigations, corrective actions, and customer-quality support. Develops quality documentation, evaluates inspection methods and measurement systems, interprets drawings and specifications, and collaborates with Production, Engineering, Metrology, Supply Chain, suppliers, and customers to improve processes and ensure product conformity.

Manage and grow medical imaging customer accounts through account development, technical support, portfolio sales, contract negotiation, forecasting, and revenue growth. Build customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, coordinate internal teams, resolve complaints, support corrective actions, maintain CRM data, and provide market intelligence. The role requires technical knowledge of ceramics or materials science, customer-facing communication, and approximately 25% travel to customer sites and industry events.
