Manages the firm's matter-related data assets, including matter profiles, experience data, knowledge management products, dashboards, and reporting. Oversees data quality, validation, platform administration, stewardship procedures, and process improvements. Partners with attorneys, practice groups, marketing, pricing, and data teams to translate business needs into data products and support AI and transformation initiatives. Supervises and develops direct reports while ensuring confidentiality, operational coverage, and compliance with firm policies.

Leads Intelligence Transformation Analysts and partners with data engineering and product teams to identify, prioritize, and prototype automation opportunities. Translates intelligence, legal, and operational needs into technical requirements, manages transformation roadmaps and backlogs, oversees governance reporting, and leads data-skills reskilling programs. The role also supervises, mentors, and develops team members while supporting Agile delivery and stakeholder collaboration.

Leads strategy, planning, execution, sponsorship activation, and post-event analysis for complex marquee events and premier client experiences. Partners with business units and client development teams to support engagement and cross-selling, manages vendors, contracts, budgets, event technology, CRM data capture, and onsite delivery. Supervises and mentors direct reports while ensuring operational compliance, quality, and professional development.
