Manage and oversee patent docketing operations and IPMS data integrity firmwide. Supervise docketing team, perform quality checks and audits, implement workflow and system improvements, coordinate with IT and vendors, train staff, monitor legal changes affecting deadlines, and produce performance metrics and reports.

The Senior Docket Analyst will manage firmwide calendar support, perform case audits, assist with court filings, train staff, and coordinate special projects.

Provide conflicts-of-interest review and risk management support for new clients, matters, hires, and timekeepers. Monitor and apply ABA and jurisdictional ethical rules, draft screens and waivers, research corporate affiliations, administer engagement terms, and work with attorneys and conflicts staff to resolve issues and ensure compliance.
