Installs, configures, programs, troubleshoots, and supports network, IT, electronic security, fire alarm, and building automation systems. Serves as a customer technical contact, performs systems integrations, upgrades, audits, database tasks, and network monitoring. Manages complex projects within budget and schedule while maintaining system availability and customer satisfaction. Requires strong networking, scripting, SQL, computer, mechanical, electrical, communication, and organizational skills.

Manages technical projects valued up to $1 million from award through completion, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, engineering, installation, subcontractors, customer communication, cost control, invoicing, risk mitigation, quality, and closeout. The role also supervises teams, supports contract execution, monitors project finances, and ensures timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Administer government, cooperative purchasing, and GPO contracts, ensuring compliance, accurate reporting, fee payments, contract updates, and maintenance of contract files. Review proposals and booking documents, support RFP submissions, provide training, prepare contract reports, and answer contractual questions. Collaborate with sales, operations, legal counsel, vendors, and program partners to support growth across North American regions. The role is fully remote with up to 6% annual travel.
